WHO ARE THE WISBECH SEA CADETS.
Since 1930, The aim of the Sea Cadets has been to give young people the best possible head start in life through nautical adventure and fun. The traditions of the Royal Navy are at the heart of training which is guided by the sea cadet core values; loyalty, self-discipline, commitment, honesty and integrity. The Sea Cadets is a nationwide voluntary youth organization open to young people aged 10 to 18, with those aged 10 to 12 in a separate Junior section. units are formed solely by volunteers in local communities. each unit is an independent charity and consists on a management committee, instructional staff and cadets with many, including Wisbech Unit, having a Parents & Supporters' Association.
